amenPlay is a modern Japanese restaurant that serves steaming bowls of ramen and a variety of Japanese cuisine in an upbeat and lively setting! All restaurants have a specially designed theatre kitchen for you to personally witness our chefs prepare the dishes in a skilful and meticulous fashion. The stock is irresistibly delicious as it is prepared daily with quality ingredients such as soft pork bones, pork sinew, and a secret recipe of spices that is gently simmered for more than 12 hours. The final result? A rich and delicious soup stock that is used in our ramen dishes. All rice dishes are cooked using premium Niigata koshihikari rice which is known as the No. 1 rice in Japan.
