Duke Bakery is a specialty retailer of prestige Japanese European style artisan bread. It was started off with an aim to deliver a rich, healthy and varied breads to the public. With the first store opening at United Square in 2013, Duke Bakery has aggressively opened 14 stores island wide in 3 years time. Famous for its artisan bread, Duke Bakery has always win the folks’ heart with its chewy and tender texture. The founder, Allen Tsai, leading a team of talented chefs to create a myriad of flavourful and textured bread. The young and dedicated team demonstrates a high calibre baking and spirited dedication to the trade. Under the guidance of Tsai, the team has put in countless of hours into training and mastering the baking craft and achieved the milestone in few years time.
