Citibank Singapore Limited Citi has been in Singapore since 1902 and is deeply embedded in Singapore’s financial services sector. Represented in nearly every asset class through our Institutional Clients Group, Global Consumer Group, Citi Private Bank and International Personal Bank, Citi provides employment to some 8,200 people, making us the largest banking employer in Singapore. In 1999, Citi was among the first foreign banks to be awarded Qualifying Full Bank (QFB) privileges by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), and was granted enhanced retail banking opportunities. In 2005, we incorporated our consumer banking business locally, forming Citibank Singapore Limited (CSL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Citi. This was a reaffirmation of our long-term commitment to Singapore and to our customers. Citibank Singapore Limited is a distinct market leader in the Singapore consumer banking businesses, including wealth management, credit payment products, secured assets and a full spectrum of banking and investment services. We have some 1,000 customer touch-points in Singapore, including 22 branches, more than 190 proprietary Citibank ATMs and over 90 ATM locations under the ATM5 shared network. Our customers can also access us via more than 650 co-branded AXS payment terminals. In addition, Citibank’s commitment to providing our cardmembers with the most rewarding card experience and value-added, best-in-class cards across all customer segments, has solidified our leading position in the credit card industry here. Citibank has also been constantly leading the industry by introducing groundbreaking products, services and initiatives that have revolutionalised the banking experience of customers.
