Blackmores started in Queensland, Australia in the 1930s. It was the vision and passion of Australia’s pioneering naturopath, Maurice Blackmore.Since day one, Blackmores has taken a long-term, holistic approach to health. Our philosophies run deep and the values that guided Blackmores back in the 1930s continue to be at the heart of what we do today.For over 70 years we have combined scientific evidence with traditional knowledge to offer people a more natural approach to health. Ideas that were considered radical, when company founder Maurice Blackmore was at the helm of the business, are now part of our way of life.Blackmores was launched in Malaysia and Singapore since 1976. Now in both countries, Blackmores has a staff force of 70 people and distributes its products through more than 1,000 pharmacies, drug stores, health food stores and hypermarkets nationwide.
